Q: How do I return and replace my item?

A: We strongly believe in the quality of our products. We therefore offer a 30-day risk-free money-back guarantee (return shipping charges excluded).

We do not accept the return of some products of direct contact with the skin because of COVID-19: Products like: Watches, Glasses, shoes. If it's damaging we can only have it replaced. Other products can be returned.
